Responsibilities:
Working 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Work only half the month)Role as a Manufacturing Production Associate, including filling customer orders, operating equipment to create finished goods, packaging products, and upholding safety standardsManaging all aspects of product packaging for assigned work cellInspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality and packaging standardsTimely communication of any product quality concerns to the first available Supervisor or ManagerMaking spools, restocking supplies, putting away finished rolls, taking out full skids, and assisting with startupsPlaying an important part in the production process and helping maintain company's status in the industry by ensuring quality products
